Alain was amazing to work with! When I called to request a quote, he was driving home. But he turned around and came to my house so he could respond immediately to my request! We walked the property together and he made a number of excellent pressure washing and cleaning suggestions on items I hadn't considered. All Alain's communication was impeccable; he kept me constantly updated on scheduling, arrival times, etc. and immediately made me aware of impending rain delays.

 

The work was scheduled and completed exactly as we had discussed. When we asked about adding our screen porch at the last minute, Alain accommodated us at an excellent price. Our decks, screen porch and stucco home were SPARKLING when Alain and his assistant finished! We could not have asked for better service at an incredibly fair price.

Wow!!! I very rarely write reviews! I made a BIG mistake at 745 pm tonight. I decided to "save some money" and dye our black mulch instead of replace it. In the middle of mixing the dye, the container overflowed onto the driveway and it started dying the entire driveway black as it ran down into the now black grass, and the fireworks between me and my guy began!!! I started calling everyone on google trying to find anyone to answer the phone, much less help me at this hour. This company answered on the first ring, and was at my house in 15 minutes! My driveway was cleaned and new by 845pm!! He was extremely nice, professional, and was literally running around to get this job done quickly! His price was also reasonably especially considering he dropped everything and helped me! I cannot say enough great things about this company! This is very hard to find these days with construction/contractors enjoying the high life again so phone calls are rarely returned much less run when I customer needs you. I was floored! I'll be honest - I'm. But hard to please too! :)

Alain responded to my text within a few minutes and did the job a few days later when it was convenient for me. The price was competitive and I had heard of his reputation. My driveway and my pork look great. It was a very pleasant experience. Alain is very nice and accomodating.

Alain does a Great Job, is super nice, dependable, and you get what you pay for !

He and his helper power washed my house and deck today and spent 3 1/2 hours doing a Great Job !

They did a great job pressure washing and staining our deck. They got the job done fast and it came out looking really nice!

Alain cleaned and stained my deck. He was easy to work with. Online estimate and payment. Responsive to calls/emails.

Twice we have gotten Alain to pressure wash our home. And TWICE, everything was left like new. Alain is reliable and careful. Our pollen and algae covered home was again something for which to be proud. Before we found Alain, we had used another company which said upfront they were not responsible for streaked windows. Well, I guess not! The windows were left a total mess and we had to hire another company to clean them! Alain's cleaning left our windows and the nasty eaves sparkling clean with not even one smear left on the outside!

Alain either fixes things on the spot which can be fixed (like a birdfeeder post which was about to fall off of our deck) or alerts the homeowner of potential problems. In our last pressure washing a couple of weeks ago, Alain spotted a soft spot at least two feet across on our sun porch roof. We had just had the ceiling of the sun porch painted and if that spot had not been found, water would have eventually leaked down into our sunporch and made a real mess! And THAT repair would have been very ugly and expensive, wouldn't it have? The immediate repair of the roof by Fraser Roof saved us a LOT of money.
Alain is personable and one of the hardest working human beings we have ever found. He is a perfectionist. His quotes are accurate and never changed as the work proceeds.....like some companies do! Again, for the second time, we added almost HALF AGAIN as a TIP for Alain. How many companies have we EVER felt like doing that for?

Alain's comes with the highest rating we can give. His truck is filled with all he needs to make your home sparkle....and his inspections as he goes along just might save you a LOT of money too!!!!!!
